Data protection provisions
The European Association of Mail Service Pharmacies (hereinafter EAMSP) takes the protection of personal information seriously. We direct our data processing towards the objective only to collect the personal data necessary for a reasonable and economical use of our service, process, or use. You will find out below, when using our services, when data is stored and how we use it. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that rules on data protection are respected. We will not use or share your information beyond the extent regulated below.
The EAMSP takes great care to ensure that the privacy and confidentiality as regards all user data is ensured. We guarantee this in compliance with the protection standards of the EC Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC.
Storage of your personal data
The subject matter of data protection law is personal data. Personal data is specific information about personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. These personal data therefore include all the information that are related to you and help to identify you or render you identifiable. These include the name or address data. Also the telephone number, mobile number, fax number, bank account and social security number are classified as personal data. Information that cannot be associated with specific individuals, are not covered.
Use of your data
We use your personal data to process your requests. All information will be treated confidentially. We reserve the right to use your contact data owing to the law or your own consent promotion purposes. Newsletters will be sent to you only with your consent.
The EAMSP guarantees not to pass on any personal data to third parties without prior express consent.
When registering for the Newsletter, your email address will be used for promotional purposes, until you unsubscribe from the Newsletter. The cancellation of registration is possible at any time.
We do not pass on data for advertising purposes. We do not indulge in address marketing. In particular, we do not pass on email addresses: We do not support spam.
Right to information and right of withdrawal
Under current law, you are entitled to free information about your stored data, and a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data.
