Olaf Heinrich
CEO (Chief Executive Officer, DocMorris)

Olaf Heinrich studied industrial engineering in Berlin and London. Since 2008 he has been a member of the board and since 2009 the CEO of DocMorris; in 2017 also became Head Germany within the Zur Rose Group. Before joining DocMorris, he was Managing Director of joint ventures in the retail (Karstadt Quelle/Redcats) and pharma (Medco Celesio) sectors and held other international senior management positions in leading companies in the retail and pharma industries.

Stefan Feltens

(Chief Executive Officer at Shop Apotheke Europe N.V.)

Stefan Feltens has many years of experience in the international pharmaceutical industry, starting at Hoechst AG and various positions at Teva/Ratiopharm. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Teva Global Operations, a division of the world's leading generics manufacturer Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd.
On January 1, 2019 he assumed the role as CEO of Shop Apotheke Europe N.V.
In his function as Vice President, his emphasis is on representing the national and European interests of EAMSP members and ensuring fair conditions for online pharmacies.

Gianni De Gaspari
Co-founder Viata

Gianni De Gaspari is one of the founders of Viata, a Belgium-based online pharmacy that has customer service and pharmaceutical advice in its DNA. Viata started in 2014 and is active in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy. Gianni De Gaspari focusses on Viata's strategy and is active in further developing the company in Europe. As a board member he supports the EAMSP’s goals and strives for a better access to health.

Vladimir Finsterle

After graduating, Vladimir Finsterle worked in clinical pharmacy at IKEM Prague, then worked for 10 years at the pharmaceutical company Johnson and Johnson in various marketing and sales positions. He also gained experience abroad and in 1993-1997 obtained an MBA after studying at the Katz University program in Pittsburgh. Since 1999, he has been involved in his own business in healthcare, founded and operates a pharmacy e-shop in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2016, he was one of the founders of the Czech Association of Online Pharmacy Operators in Prague. He is a member of MENSA and since 2019 a certified consultant in the field of drug counseling of the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists as well as a lecturer at the Faculty of Biomedicine of Czech Technical University. Since its inception, Pears Health Cyber he has been actively managing the company and its strategic development.

Sebastian Schulz

Sebastian Schulz is a lawyer at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte in Berlin. From 2012 to 2019, Schulz was head of the Legal Policy & Data Protection Department at the Bundesverband E-Commerce und Versandhandel Deutschland e.V. (bevh). Prior to this, he worked for four years as a spokesman in the German Bundestag and for an international management consultancy. As a certified data protection commissioner and auditor, Schulz focuses on mandates relating to Internet law. Schulz conducts seminars on customer data protection, is author and commentator of the BDSG and the DS-GVO and member of the editorial board of the data protection journal Privacy in Germany (PinG).
